Refund policy
Lencho products are handmade, so slight differences in colour, size, shape or finishing may occur. These are not considered defects.
Return, replacement or refund is available only when:
The product is damaged or defective.
A wrong product, colour or quantity is delivered.
An item is missing from the order.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video, if available.
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dislike, minor handmade variations or customized products, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Customer rights available under applicable Indian law will not be affected.
