By using the Lencho website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Handmade Products
Lencho products are handmade, so slight differences in colour, size, shape, pattern or finishing may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects.
2. Product Information
We try to show product images, descriptions, sizes and colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography or screen settings.
3. Orders
Customers must provide correct contact, payment and delivery information. Lencho may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing error or delivery restrictions.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices, products and offers may change without notice. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, ATM PIN or banking password with anyone.
5. Shipping and Cancellation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
If an order has already been packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation requests may be declined.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds will be handled according to Lencho’s Return and Refund Policy.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
7. Website Content
The Lencho name, logo, product images, designs and website content must not be copied or commercially used without written permission.
8. Customer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights available to customers under applicable Indian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana.
